UAA Symposium went virtual, and it was the largest ever!
02 Jun 2020 in The Network, Alumni, The Programme by Silvia Fernandez Gelonch
On March 21st, the first ever virtual Symposium of the UNITECH Alumni Association took place, and we’re happy to say it was a huge success!
-
More than 100 unique attendees, from all 20 UNITECH cohorts
-
More than 80 participants at peak
-
4 inspiring and provoking keynotes
- 2 engaging and interactive workshops
...and plenty of connections and shared experiences among the UAA network, the true purpose of the event!
Some of the feedback we got from the participants:
-
Impressive speakers, great organisation, looking forward to action! [Alumni, 2011]
-
Well done to UAA team, I'm very impressed with what you achieved and shown us what can be done [CP]
-
It made even more sense to make a UAA meeting about sustainability online instead of in person. Well done! [Alumni, 2000]
-
Great to see and interact with so many people from different generations and positions! [Alumni, 2018]
Once more, we want to thank everyone who joined us during the day, as the symposium wouldn’t have been possible without you. For the ones who were not able to join (and the ones who liked it so much that they’d want to revive the experience), we have good news! You can find all the keynotes on the UAA youtube channel
