General Assembly 2018 Gothenburg

The 19th UNITECH General Assembly Week took place at Chalmers University in Gothenburg in the last week of August. During the week, a new cohort of students began the UNITECH Programme with their Start Up Week, and a group of students finished their Programme Year with their End-of-Year Module, And 42 students graduated from the Programme and became Fellows of the UNITECH International Society.
The various Stakeholder groups – Corporate and Academic Partners, UNITECH Board – held their annual meetings and made improvement suggestions for the next year. At the UNITECH International Society General Assembly Meeting, the ongoing Review of the UNITECH Programme was formally adopted and this will progress into the future strategies of UNITECH. At the General Assembly Meeting Prof. Peter Wieringa of TU Delft was elected to the UNITECH Board, replacing Prof, Mirko Meboldt (ETH Zürich), who had completed his tenure on the Board.
