UAA Annual Kick-Off Meeting 2012

October 20th-21st: Stuttgart, Germany
Quickly after the Annual Reunion, the UAA Council, Local Chapter Coordinators (LCCs) and UNITECH International (UTI) Office meet for the annual kick-off meeting. This year we met on October 20th and 21st in Stuttgart to share information on the network and discuss general issues and plan the the next year. As announced earlier, we addressed the mentoring progrram, which you chose as the UAA project 2012/13. Furthermore David Ward shared some insights into the plans of UNITECH International and we talked about a future change of the UNITECH website. In a workshop dedicated purely to the Local Chapters, the LCCs developed ways how to get the UNITECH network even more active on a local level.
One of the main learnings from the perspective of the council was the idea to involve LCCs and the members more in discussions and actions. We will work on this in the new year!
